Mason Godding is an associate at The Bates & Merryman Law Firm LLC. He was born and raised in Parkville, Missouri, having received his bachelor’s degree from Park University. Mason earned his law degree from the University of Missouri – Kanasas City.
He began as an Assistant Public Defender in the Clay County office, spending almost every day of that role in the courtroom. He then decided to help The Bates and Merryman Law Firm expand their practice.
Mason’s specialization is in criminal litigation of all types, ranging from trespass cases to murder. He’s handled drug cases, domestic violence cases, robberies, fleeing cases, and more. He plans on expanding his practice area to Kansas at the soonest opportunity.
When he’s not in the courtroom, he prefers to spend his time with his wife and his son. When he gets the time, he loves exploring new cuisines and considers himself an avid foodie.
